Currently, ciao has a technical problem. Most of the members has problems in rating, writing reviews and many more. I think they are upgrading their system to give a better service for us. Technically speaking, most of the sites are updating their system maybe because of the holiday season. Although our earnings are affected by the recent problems online, we still need a break for all of this and enjoy the Christmas season.
